To help you plan for your training, we offer the following information:

Accommodation:  Modewarre is situated approximately 15 minutes from Torquay, Anglesea, and Winchelsea.  The choices for accommodation are numerous, and can fit every budget. Participants often stay at one of the following venues – sharing cabins:

Grossmans Country Cottages Approximately 15 minutes away.  Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are approximately 7km away.

Torquay Holiday (caravan) Park  Approximately 15 minutes away, but walking distance to shops, supermarkets and restaurants.

Lunch:  Unless pre-arranged, lunch is BYO.

Meals:  There are many restaurants and cafes to choose from, and a host of other facilities to make your stay comfortable.  Being 20 minutes from Geelong – Victoria’s second largest city, gives you access to even more choices.

Travel:  Modewarre is 1 hour from Melbourne, 1.25 hours from Tullamarine International Airport.  The Gull is a transport bus between Geelong and Tullarmarine.  Avalon airport services the east coast and is 40 minutes from Geelong.
